Shandong Daiyang Vehicle Manufacture Co., Ltd. is located at High-tech Development Zone, Taian City, Shandong Province, China. Our company was founded in 1968, and joined into TAIKAI Group in 2010. We have 40 years experience of manufacturing special vehicles. Our products have acquired National CCC Certificate, ISO9001:2008 Certificate, GB/TS4001 Certificate, and GB/T28000 Certificate. With registered capital of 50 million RMB (About 8 million USD), our factory covers an area of 187,000sqm, with more than 410 employees (including 68 professionals & technicians) There are 7 production workshops, 3 assembly workshops, 3 installed & welded workshops, 1 blanking workshop and 1 painting workshop. High technology force, advanced production process and complete test methods ensure the quality come up to an international level. There are 260 sets of main production & welding machines, including numerical control flame plasma cutter, bending machine, oil pressure machine, numerical control stand process center, lathe, boring milling machine, anisotropic tank girth automatic welding machine, CO2 automatic welding equipment and sandblasting machine. We produce 7 series 10,000 sets special vehicles every year, including concrete mixer truck, bulk cement truck, bulk cement tank trailer, oil tank trailer, fuel tank trailer, wrecker truck, refrigerated truck, crane truck, emergency power truck, electrical repair car, mobile substation etc. Our products achieved national awards every year. Several kinds of products reached an internationally advanced level. Meanwhile, we have good quality control systems for sourcing goods from other plants.
